I appreciate your opinions Davor. However, I would like to say the following:

1. Yes integrity is personal but it's a high value for effective people. They know a lie is simply a burden not worthy carrying.

2. The author gave examples where we think lying makes sense; like when covering for a friend or hiding a sickness from family members. He gave in-depth elaboraton but the bottom line was still, never to lie.

I recommend you check it out. It is really short by the way.
